The surgery failed to book the correct appointment for my pregnancy care and was unable to provide me with any timely alternatives. As such rather that having an appointment between weeks 10 and 12 as per NHS guidelines I will have one on week 14. This potentially puts both me and my baby at risk. The midwife also suggested to me that I should search for private care. Very upsetting and disappointing.
Great Doctors, some receptionist very helpful/ cheerful. One was a bit rude/ inpatient.
If the nurses could do one evening a week where they take later appointments would be helpful to those who commute.
I was treated by Nurse Joanna who was charming, helpful and professional. I have had nothing but brilliant service at Greystone House.
After surgery at East Surrey Hospital on 1st December, I needed my dressing changed every day for a period of 4-5 weeks until the wound healed. A schedule of appointments was set up on day one by Sue MacPherson, the nurse practioner, and since then I have been in the care of the surgery's team of nurses who have all looked after me with every satisfaction. All appointments were on time (the longest delay was 5 minutes) and the treatment was always carried out in a professional & friendly manner.
I thoroughly recommend this practice.
Alw to quell any ays most professional & helpful. My DR contacts Joe |McGilligan and occasionally Patek Patel always listen and give the best possible good counsel & reasssurance to quell any uncertainty.
A brilliant very friendly practice run by true professionals keen to ensure their patients leave satisfied they have received the best possible solution.
Support nursing staff also great and help putting the icing on the cake nothing too much trouble.
